Biosystematic And Biochemical Evaluation Of Helminth Fauna In Sheep And Goat From Tribal District Nandurbar,(M.S.),India
(Indian Society for Health and Advanced Research, 2025-04) Balde, Govind Hanmantrao
Helminths exhibit a wide range of morphological adaptations that enable them to thrive as parasites within their hosts. These adaptations are crucial for understanding the pathogenesis of helminth infections. The morphology of these parasites is essential for understanding their structure of adaptation in anatomical niche. Common cestode in sheep and goats, has a characteristic scolex with four suckers and a stobila composed of numerous segments, each containing reproductive organs. Nematodes are common in sheep and goats, They have a complex life cycle involving multiple larval stages, which are essential for their survival and transmission. Helminths are multicellular parasites that have evolved complex life cycles and biochemical strategies to infect and survive within their hosts. Effective control of these helminth infections requires accurate identi?cation of the causative parasites. Traditionally, identi?cation relies on morphological characterization, examining features such as body shape, size, and the presence of speci?c structures. Coupled with modern biochemical investigations, a more complete understanding of parasite biology, host-parasite interactions and potential intervention strategies can be achieved. In present study will helpful to get information about which speci?c kind bio molecule of perform speci?c role in it's operational area, protein speci?city, role of speci?c carbohydrates, lipid content over biomolecules. However further aims to integrate both morphological and biochemical insights into the common helminth parasites affecting sheep and goats from trible district Nandurbar of Maharashra State, India

A Critical Evaluation Of The Obliquity Of Earth And Its Orbit Around The Sun. Shuttling Of The Sun Or The Earth Resulting In Sun's Solstices. An Experimental Study. Part II.
(Indian Society for Health and Advanced Research, 2025-04) Matapurkar, Balkrishna
The modern scienti?c concept is that the earth axis is tilted 23.5 degrees and ?xed in one direction in orbiting the sun in a ?xed horizontal direction. Tilt is responsible for seasonal changes. Previous research proved that earth shuttles, and the Sun being powerful electromagnetic, gravitational energy and big size, is stationary, based on experiments on Sundial. Day and nights are due to the spinning of earth around its axis, and year on earth is due to earth's orbiting around the sun. Then why only in solstices earth remains ?xed? In this part 2 study the shift of shadow on sun dial is studied and analysed over different places on north and south hemispheres of earth. The shift of shadow found moving opposite directions to when the Sun shuttles between lines of Cancer and Capricorn. The direction shift is possible if the earth shuttles north-south. In conclusion the solar solstices are due to the shuttling of the earth and not the Sun.

Assessment Of Left Ventricular Function Using Mitral Annular Plane Systolic Excursion/Left Ventricular Length And Global Longitudinal Strain In Heart Failure Patients
(Indian Society for Health and Advanced Research, 2025-01) Aveleli, Anudeep; G, Ashok; Durairaj, Gnanaguru
Introduction: Evaluation of ventricular function especially longitudinal parameters like Mitral annular plane excursion, holds signi?cant importance in the timely identi?cation of myocardial dysfunction. While mitral annular plane systolic excursion (MAPSE) provides a straightforward means of measuring and quantifying the LV function, its reliability can exhibit variations among individuals with heart failure, dilated hearts, and across genders. Therefore, considering the ratio of MAPSE to left ventricular diastolic length as a potential parameter for evaluating LV function in heart failure patients could offer enhanced reliability. This ratio may provide a standardized measure, accounting for individual differences in LV size and shape, thereby potentially improving the accuracy of longitudinal LV function assessment, particularly in patients with diverse clinical characteristics. Overall, integrating the MAPSE/left ventricular length ratio into routine practice has the potential to augment the LV function assessment, particularly in the context of heart failure management. To assess the left ventricular systolic function using Mitral annular plane systolicAims and Objectives: excursion/left ventricular length and Global Longitudinal Strain in heart failure patients. A total of 42Materials and Methods: adult participants who were admitted in Cardiac ICU, Emergency room and arriving in cardiac OPD with Left ventricular dysfunction were included in the study. Using echocardiography MAPSE, LV length, Ejection fraction, Global longitudinal strain was measured, MAPSE/LV length was measured and using SPSS 26.0, Pearson correlation was measured between MAPSE/L and GLS. In heart failure patients, comparison of MAPSE/L and GLS were done and it isfound to have strongResults: correlation between the 2 parameters. Even with the widespread adoption of advanced echocardiographic technologies, the MAPSE/L ratio is anticipated to provide a straightforward parameter that remains valuable for assessing and quantifying the Left ventricular systolic function during routine evaluation with the help of Echocardiogram.

(Indian Society for Health and Advanced Research, 2025-04) Kumudha, R.
At the moment of time cybersquatting originated when most businessmen were not aware of the commercial openings on the cyber world. The person registered the names of familiar companies of trademarks as domain names with the exclusive purpose of selling the names back to the company after getting awaken. Dr Reddy's Laboratories, Tata, Bennet & Coleman, and Avon recently the State bank of India were among the victims of cybersquatting. The main intention of cyber squatter was to attain a pro?t through illegal means by way of returning the domain name to the trademark owners. Because, there was no connection between the trademark registration and domain name registrations. This lack of connection had been exploited by cyber squatters. The ?rst come, ?rst-served nature of domain name registration had made it easy for the system to be abused by cyber squatters, such as where a domain name was registered by someone with the sole purpose of selling it at a higher pay to a trademark owner. The world community was facing the menace of cybersquatting very badly because each and every business and commercial transaction was carried out through the medium of online. The article is mainly focused on the menace of cybersquatting in India. Nowadays, India is one of victim of cybersquatting. It is a need to study the laws prevailing in India to prevent the menace of cybersquatting. Prevention in earlier point is very essential. So, the study is particularly focused on Indian context with a comparative aspect.

Objective: To compare the ef?cacy of dusting and basketing during ?exible ureteroscopy for renal stones. Study Design: Place and Duration of the Study:Observational study Department of Urology, Hamad Medical Corporation Al Khor Qatar, from January 2017 to December 2022. Research was conducted retrospectivelyMethodology: on 1750 patients who received ?exible ureteroscopic treatment for renal stones of 2cm or less. The research divided patients into two groups: dusting, which included 950 patients and fragmentation with basketing, which had 800 patients. The research period was extended to 3 months for all participating patients. The study analyzed operating time as well as access sheath usage and lasing time and hospital stay and stone-free rate (SFR) and complication rate. The average stone dimensions between theResults: dusting group and the basketing group were 11.5±3.5 mm and 12.3±3.8 mm respectively. The essential baseline demographics of patients proved equivalent between the two comparison groups. The patients in the dusting group required less operative time compared to those in the basketing group with 45.1±10.8 minutes versus 63.5±13.8 minutes, and four patients from the dusting group and two patients from the basketing group needed intensive care unit admission because of septic shock but received successful treatment. The basketing technique yielded a statistically higher SFR rate of 78.7% following surgery compared to the dusting group with 62.7% (p=0.001). Basketing proved more effective for SFR since 86.4% of patients achieved positive results compared to 76.3% (p=0.001) in the dusting group. The success rate for the operation reached 87.8% in the dusting group but 90.2% in the basketing group throughout the 3-month follow-up period. The basketing group had a 12.4% requirement for secondary fURS sessions, while the dusting group needed it only at 9.8%. Operation time and complications decreased through theConclusion: dusting technique although laser intervention needed more time than basketing. Both methods exhibit different strengths and weaknesses because they successfully treat renal stones. The selection between the two techniques depends on the stone characteristics and patient demographics. Our initial clinical experience includes both ?exible ureteroscope models. The safety evaluation of our study demonstrates that one-time-use fURS functions as a suitable replacement for multiple-use fURS models. The stone-free success rates and complications are equivalent to those of these two devices. Extended follow-up studies with proper designs are needed to evaluate the ef?ciency of these techniques and different ?exible ureteroscope types to produce better recommendations.

Treatment In Metastatic Prostate Cancer: A Comparative Review Of Doublet Vs. Triplet Therapies By Disease Volume And Risk
(Indian Society for Health and Advanced Research, 2025-04) Burgos, Daniela Avendano; Orozco, Jose Emmanuel Mendoza
Risk strati?cation based on disease volume and clinical features has rede?ned the management of metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer (mHSPC). The CHAARTED trial established high-volume disease as the presence of visceral metastases and/or ?4 bone lesions with ?1 beyond the axial skeleton, while the LATITUDE trial identi?ed high-risk patients as those with ?2 of the following: Gleason score ?8, ?3 bone lesions, or measurable visceral metastases. These classi?cations carry prognostic and therapeutic signi?cance, with high-volume/high-risk patients deriving the greatest overall survival (OS) bene?t from treatment intensi?cation using triplet therapy (ADT + docetaxel + ARAT), as demonstrated in the PEACE-1 and ARASENS trials. In contrast, low-volume/low-risk patients often achieve favorable outcomes with doublet therapy (ADT + ARAT). Ongoing research is investigating molecular biomarkers (e.g., BRCA mutations, PTEN loss) to re?ne these strati?cations and guide personalized treatment. This evolving framework represents a paradigm shift toward individualized, risk-adapted therapy in mHSPC.
