Abstract
Female genital tuberculosis has become much less frequent during recent decade but it remains a problem in the country where pulmonary tuberculosis are prevalent. Fallopian tubes are involved in almost all cases with genital tuberculosis.
A case of fallopian tubal tuberculosis with pelvic tuberculous peritonitis is reported. The etiology, incidence, clinical manifestations diagnosis and treatment of the female genital tuberculosis are discussed.
