There were 268 elderly pregnancy (average age 37.91+ 2.3 years) and 1,789 young pregnancy with verage age 24.60 + 5.48 years. Elderly pregnancy had significantly high risk to hypertensive disorder in pregnancy, diabetes mellitus, placenta previa and higher in cesarean section rate [RR 3.4 (95%CI 2.2, 5.2), RR 2.7 (95%CI 1.3, 5.7), RR 3.3 (95%CI 1.5, 7.3), RR 1.4 (95%CI 1.2, 2.11)], respectively.
