Patient was posted for elective open reduction and internal ?xation with plating of left radius. Regional anaesthesia was the anaesthesia of choice. Patient presented a challenge of premature ventricular contractions (PVCs) minutes after administration of regional anaesthesia (supraclavicular block of brachial plexus). In this study we have discussed the anaesthetic management of arrhythmias in a previously asymptomatic patient posted for elective orthopaedic surgery under regional anaesthesia.en_US
