In the present investigation, a series of some synthesis and biological evaluation of some
pyrazolone derivatives with imidazole, benzimidazole and benztriazole moiety were synthesized and
tested for their anti-inflammatory activity in-vitro using celecoxib as a reference drug. Compound 8d
was found to be the most potent derivative of the series with 75 %inhibition of inflammation.
