Anaplastic lymphoma kinase-positive large B-cell lymphoma (ALK+ LBCL) is a rare variant of LBCL with an abnormal immunophenotype, which is easily misdiagnosed as carcinoma or plasma cell neoplasm. Here, we present two cases of ALK+ LBCL in the lymph node; describe their clinical, pathological, and immunophenotype features; and compare them with those of the reported cases.en_US
