Patient had hyperprolactinemia with normal levels of all other pituitary hormones. MRI revealed space occupying lesion in sellar and suprasellar region. Neurological consultation suggested Rathke抯 cyst/ craniopharyngioma/ macroadenoma. Excised lesion was diagnosed as pituitary adenoma during histopathological analysis.en_US
