dc.description.abstractSleep disorders, especially parasomnias, are easily confused with the nocturnal epilepsies. Two cases are presented to show how misdiagnosis can occur, and video electroencephalogram can be used to resolve the issue so as to prescribe the specific treatment, avoid wrong treatment and unnecessary suffering.en_US
