dc.description.abstractOrganophosphate are one of the most commonly used pesticide in India and across the global, because of easy accessibility it is often misused as homicidal and suicidal cases that carry high rate of mortality and morbidity. It often affects the body by acting on synaptic cleft and interfere acetylcholine present inside the clefts. Early manifestation includes the increased secretion across the body with decrease heart rate. Here we had a case series of patients presented with delayed neurological complication of organophosphorus compounds (OPC).en_US
