Abstract
Hypothyroidism has various cardiovascular manifestations, impairment of LV diastolic function being the commonest. We hereby
report a young female who presented to us with features of congestive heart failure and on subsequent work-up she was diagnosed
as a case of dilated cardiomyopathy of reversible aetiology, i.e., hypothyroidism.
