dc.description.abstractTumor necrosis interfered with conventional methods of stenting in a patient with hilar cholangiocarcinoma. Therefore, a hepaticoduodenal fistula was percutaneously catheterized and dilated, and a large caliber endoprosthesis inserted to drain the right hepatic ductal system.en_US
