Abstract
Hydatid cyst uncommon in heart, echinococcosis is
endemine in our country. Hydatid cyst in a heart may causes
disturbances in conducting system, pericarditis congestive
cardiac failure. The surgery and anesthetic management
became very challenging in this case.We are describing the
