dc.description.abstractPeri-partum cardiomyopathy(PPCM) is an idiopathic cardiomyopathy presented as heart failure due to left ventricular systolic dysfunction towards the end of pregnancy or in the months after delivery when no other cause of heart failure. In this case report we will discuss the anesthetic mangament in a patient with PPCM posted for LSCS. The anaesthesic goal is to maintain Cardiac output with minimal effect on prelaoad and afterload. No complications were observed.en_US
