dc.description.abstractOpportunistic infections are known to occur with increased frequency in patients with Cushing's syndrome, particularly those due to ectopic ACTH production. This report highlights the rare situation of a patient with Cushing's disease having candidal oesophagitis as one of the major presenting manifestations.en_US
