dc.description.abstractPrimary hepatic lymphoma is rare malignancy. Cures in this disease are uncommon. We report a young male who was diagnosed as a case of primary lymphoma of the liver in 1992. He was treated with chemotherapy only, which included CHOP (Cyclophosphamide, Adriamycin, Vincristine and Prednisolone) - six cycles; and IMVP-16 (Ifosfamide, Methotrexate and Etoposide) -four cycles. The patient is now disease free and alive for more than five years.en_US
