Reactive histiocytosis with hemophagocytosis is most commonly associated with viral infections. Appearance of hemophagocytosis in the tissues is associated with a rapid progression of the underlying disease, and therefore it is important to diagnose and treat the etiological factor at the earliest. Hemophagocytosis is uncommonly associated with tuberculosis and we report one such case.en_US
