A male Gnathostoma spinigerum was removed from the abdominal wall of a 29-year-old woman, who was in the habit of eating "naniura", a dish containing raw carp (Cyprinus carpio). After the removal of the worm she still had pain in her chest and noticed intermittent swelling of her right lower arm. Probably the patient still had one or more Gnathostoma worms migrating in her body.en_US
