dc.description.abstractA premature newborn infant born at 30 weeks gestation developed erythematous papular skin lesions that coalesced to form a necrotic plaque with black eschar. Skin histopathology and culture demonstrated infection with Aspergillus flavus. There was no evidence of Aspergillus flavus infection elsewhere.en_US
