A 51-year-old lady presented with recurrent episodes of supraventricular tachycardia since 1 year. EP study revealed easily inducible atrial tachycardia. Endocardially, the earliest activation site was found in the His bundle region (-18 ms). The aorta was therefore mapped, and a site in the non-coronary cusp was found with an activation time of -30 ms. RF energy at this site successfully eliminated tachycardia. She is asymptomatic at 8 months of follow-up, without any anti-arrhythmic drug.en_US
