dc.description.abstractSplenic abscess is a rare condition associated with septicemic conditions. Splenic abscess due to tuberculosis is still rarer, mostly diagnosed in immuno-compromised hosts. A case of tubercular splenic abscess without any underlying disease is reported.en_US
