Abstract
Neuroblastoma, ganglioneuroblastoma and ganglioneuroma atumors arising
from the neural crest cells. Ganglioneuroma is considered as the most mature
amongst the three and usually has no metastatic potential. Spontaneous
maturation of neuroblastoma into ganglioneuroma is, however, quite well-known.
Here, we present a case of an 8-year-old girl child with evidence of metastasis
of ganglioneuroma into a lymph node.
