A 41-year-old female patient presented with a painful swelling in right breast for 6 months. Pus was aspirated and subjected to cartridge-based nucleic acid amplification test (CBNAAT) and line probe assay (LPA) which confirmed it as a case of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis. Isolates were resistant to rifampicin (R) and second-line injectables (SLI). The patient improved on bedaquiline (BDQ)-containing regimen.en_US
