Abstract
The author describes support services for students with disabilities in three post-secondary educational institutions in the USA; the University of Minnesota, the Minneapolis Community and Technical College and the University of Northern Colorado. Each institutions has different support service system in its organization structure, missions of disability support units, service processes, roles and responsibilities of relevant persons, standard service and indicators. The author has made some  notices derived  from the visiting study that can be applied for supporting services for students with disabilities in Thailand.
