dc.description.abstractA specific subtype of teratoid tumour occurring in nasopharynx and oropharynx has been mentioned as 'hairy polyp'. This is a rare lesion and is to be differentiated from true teratomas. A case of hairy polyp of nasopharynx in a 12 year old girl is reported.en_US
