Item Giant multilobular axillary lipoma(Medip Academy, 2024-02) Gani, M; Iqbal, A; Rather, AA.Lipomas are common benign soft tissue tumours. Lipomas are usually small in size. Giant lipomas are uncommon. Large tumours can cause compression to the surrounding nerves and vessels. Axilla is an uncommon site of lipoma and giant axillary lipomas are rare. In this report we present a case of a 60-year male with giant multilobular axillary lipoma. The lipoma was unusual in its size, its appearance and site of occurrence. Histopathology revealed it to be a lipoma.
