However, a simultaneous bilateral affection is not a common entity. One such patient is described here.Item Chondrodysplasia punctata--Conradi Hunermann syndrome.(1991-08-01) Reddeppa, T; Rao, K S; Ramachandra, S; Gurunadh, V S; Datta, VItem Delirium after cataract extraction: a prospective study.(1994-08-01) Chaudhuri, S; Mahar, R S; Gurunadh, V SA prospective study of 350 consecutive in-patients undergoing cataract extraction revealed the incidence of postcataract extraction delirium to be 1.7%. While in one case the delirium was due to anticholinergic toxicity, in the remaining 5 cases no organic cause was evident. Sensory deprivation was present in 3 patients. In addition to organic causes sensory deprivation was found to be an important cause of postcataract extraction delirium.Item Leber's idiopathic stellate neuroretinitis: letter to editor.(2002-03-18) Gurunadh, V S; Baijal, V; Palit, M G; Mahapatra, A KItem Pleomorphic adenoma of a subconjunctival ectopic lacrimal gland.(2010-05) Patyal, S; Banarji, Ajay; Bhadauria, Madhu; Gurunadh, V SThis report describes a case of pleomorphic adenoma of an ectopic lacrimal gland arising subconjunctivally in the lateral fornix in a 13-year-old girl. The tumor was removed surgically in toto with the capsule. This is probably the first reported case.
