All of them presented with progressive visual impairment months following irradiation and simulated recurrence of the tumour. CT scan was also not helpful in differentiating radionecrosis from tumour recurrence. On exploration the optic nerves and chiasma appeared discoloured and scarred. One case, who also had diffuse radionecrosis of brain parenchyma, died. No satisfactory therapy is currently available for this grave complication but proper safeguards can prevent it.Item Developmental vitreous cyst.(1977-10-01) Gangwar, D N; Jain, I S; Dhir, S P; Chopra, M LItem Disodium cromoglycate in vernal catarrh.(1981-01-01) Bansal, S l; Dhir, S P; Jain, I SItem Herpes simplex uveitis in zoster ophthalmicus.(1975-04-01) Dhir, S P; Jain, I S; Sehghal, SItem The Holt Oram syndrome with previously undescribed associated anomalies.(1980-03-01) Arora, M M; Nath, I V; Anand, I S; Dhir, S P; Sodhi, J S; Bidwai, P S; Deodhar, S DItem Keratoconjunctivitis sicca following instillation of gentian violet.(1982-01-01) Dhir, S P; Sharma, S K; Munjal, V P; Gupa, AItem Lacrimal gland tumours.(1985-01-01) Dhir, S P; Munjal, V P; Chalam, K V; Jain, I SItem Late infantile neuronal ceroid-lipofuscinosis.(1978-03-01) Radhakrishnan, K; Banerjee, A K; Dhir, S P; Chopra, J SItem Munchausen syndrome--case report and review of literature.(1982-06-01) Sakhuja, V; Murthy, R S; Dhir, S P; Anand, I S; Deodhar, S DItem Ocular cysticercosis in North India.(1979-07-01) Jain, I S; Dhir, S P; Chattopadhaya, P R; Kumar, PItem Ocular fireworks injuries.
