Only 7% of dermoid cysts occur in the head and neck area of which only 1.6% appears in the oral cavity. Still rarer is the presentation of the dermoid cyst in the maxillofacial region in a pediatric patient, which is about 0.29%. Herein, we report a pediatric case of a female patient of 13 years old who came with the chief complaint of swelling below the chin since 8 years.
