We describe one such case where the patient presented with a chronic discharging sinus in the right flank. Pathogenesis of this unusual lesion, its clinical presentation and the management are discussed and the literature reviewed. Preoperative diagnosis of this condition needs high index of suspicion. CT fistulogram is a valuable aid in this regard.engAcute DiseaseAdultAppendectomyAppendicitis --complicationsCutaneous Fistula --diagnosisHumansIntestinal Fistula --diagnosisMaleSpontaneous appendico-cutaneous fistula--a rare complication of acute appendicitis.Case Reports
