Small bowel dysmotility and intestinal pseudo-obstruction due to neurofibromatosis is rare. A 23-year-old man with classical neurofibromatosis presented with intermittent episodes of intestinal pseudo-obstruction, small bowel bacterial overgrowth and steatorrhea.
