General practitioners are mostly resuscitator outside hospital. With the idea to see the aptitude of this manoeuvre, 16 prefixed questions on this manoeuvre were selected for answers among 50 general practitioners. Only 2(4%) answered all the questions correctly and most (80%) of them answered 4 questions correctly. The results evoked a worrisome outcome.
