The most common histologic type is Diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL). Differential diagnosis includesseminoma, embryonal cell carcinoma, granulomatous orchitis, pseudolymphoma and plasmacytoma.Treatment involves multimodality approach involving surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
