Accurate diagnosis is essential in order to differentiate it from epithelial predominant Wilms’ tumor which has vastly different prognosis and treatment. Immunohistochemistry for TFE3 is useful in establishing the diagnosis.MiT family translocation?associated renal cell carcinomapediatric renal cell carcinomapediatric renal neoplasmsMiT family translocation-associated renal cell carcinoma: A report of two cases in childrenJournal ArticleIndiaDepartment of Pathology, IPGME&R, Kolkata, West Bengal, IndiaDepartment of Pathology, IPGME&R, Kolkata, West Bengal, IndiaDepartment of Pediatric Surgery, NRS Medical College, Kolkata, West Bengal, IndiaDepartment of Pathology, IPGME&R, Kolkata, West Bengal, India
