Symptoms include nausea, vomiting, bloating, epigastric pain, anorexia, weight loss and so on. For symptomatic gastroparesis prokinetic drugs like metoclopramide, domperidone, cisapride, erythromycin and itcopride are used. Itopride is currently emerging as a prokinetic drug of choice. There is also scope of surgery.engDiabetes Complications --diagnosisDopamine Antagonists --therapeutic useGastrointestinal Agents --therapeutic useGastroparesis --diagnosisHumansSerotonin Agonists --therapeutic useManagement of diabetic gastroparesis.Journal Article
