Nodal metastasis iscommonly noted in the pulmonary, tracheal andretroperitoneal lymph nodes. However, metastasis tocervical/supraclavicular lymph nodes is extremelyrare. Moreover, these metastatic nodal deposits areusually solid, but may become cystic, which warrants adifferential diagnosis of metastatic lesion in an elderlypatient. So, here we report a case of metastatic RCCpresenting as left supraclavicular lymphadenopathywithout any clinical manifestations of the primarywhich was misdiagnosed as a benign cystic lesion oncytology.Clear Cell-Renal Cell CarcinomaSupraclavicular Lymph Node MetastasisCystic LesionMetastatic Renal Cell Carcinoma Masquerading As Benign Cystic Lesion on CytologyJournal ArticleIndiaDepartment of Pathology, Shri B M Patil Medical College Hospital, BLDE (Deemed to be University), Vijayapur-586103 (Karnataka) IndiaDepartment of Pathology, Shri B M Patil Medical College Hospital, BLDE (Deemed to be University), Vijayapur-586103 (Karnataka) IndiaDepartment of Pathology, Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, KAHER (Deemed to be University), Belagavi-590010 (Karnataka) IndiaDepartment of Pathology, Shri B M Patil Medical College Hospital, BLDE (Deemed to be University), Vijayapur-586103 (Karnataka) India
