We present a case of adenomatoid tumor in a 65 year old male, known case of prostatic adenocarcinoma, who presented in Urology OPD with painless swelling in testis. Bilateral orchidectomy was done with clinical suspicion of testicular carcinoma. On histopathology, diagnosis of adenomatoid tumor of epididymis was made.
