Methods:40 neonatal nurses, 89 parents from an outborn neonatal intensive care unit of a tertiary-carehospital were included in the study between May 2017 and March 2018. Universal samplingmethod was used. Results: In 345 neonates, ROP screening rate increased from 10.7%in the pre-intervention phase to 45.5% and 87.3% in the intervention and post-interventionphase, respectively.
