Its signs and symptoms are nonspecific. Generalized edema, hypotension, hypoproteinemia, and hemoconcentration are the characteristics of capillary leak syndrome. Here we report three cases of capillary leak syndrome developed after being treated with gemcitabine and paclitaxel.
