The patient was treated with plasmapheresis and immunosuppressive drugs — intravenous cyclophosphamide and methyl prednisolone. The clinical, haematological and biochemical parameters improved substantially and remission is achieved.enPulmonary renal syndromeWegener's granulomatosisPlasmapheresisAdultCyclophosphamide --administration & dosageGlomerulonephritis --etiologyGlomerulonephritis --therapyGranulomatosis with Polyangiitis --complicationsGranulomatosis with Polyangiitis --pathologyHemorrhage --etiologyHemorrhage --therapyHumansImmunosuppressive Agents --therapeutic useKidney --pathologyLung Diseases --etiologyLung Diseases --therapyMaleMethylprednisolone --administration & dosagePlasmapheresisPulmonary renal syndrome in a case of wegener´s granulomatosis.Article
