Atorvastatin is a majorly used statin. Atorvastatin will induce myopathy; it is a rare side effect. In my case report, the patient experiencing muscle cramps for 3 years on and off. He consulted a cardiologist. The doctor advised rosuvastatin. He has been on rosuvastatin for 6 months.
