While uncommon in paediatric population, RDD clinically simulates lymphoproliferative disorders. This report details a 4-year male patient presenting at a tertiary care centre with progressive bilateral cervical and submandibular lymphadenopathy lacking febrile symptoms. Diagnostic confirmation was achieved through excisional biopsy.
