Recurrent laryngeal nerve paralysis (20%) was the commonest, phrenic nerve paralysis (2%), paraneoplastic syndrome (12%), Pancoast's syndrome (10%) and metastatic involvement of central nervous system (4%) were other neurological manifestations.
