It is followed by a variety of clinical manifestations, usually fever, rash, lymphadenopathy, eosinophilia, and a wide range of mild-to-severe systemic presentations. Among sulfonamides, Dapsone, sulfamethoxazole-trimethoprim and sulfasalazine are the most common offending drugs.
