Results: The present study revealed that aerobic exercise program produced a significant decrease (P<.001) in insulin resistance level homeostatic model assessment (HOMA) test, fasting blood glucose level & fasting insulin level than the use of moderate restricted diet. Conclusion: Aerobic exercises are effective in reducing insulin resistance in obesepregnant female if it continued throughout pregnancy.enAerobic exercisesinsulin resistanceobese pregnant womenEffect of Aerobic Exercise on Insulin Resistance in Obese Pregnant Women.Article
