The role of chronic inflammation as a significant etiological factor is supported by the frequent co-occurrence of conditions such as salpingitis isthmic nodosa in our case series. In this study, we present a rare case of synchronous endometriosis and Enterobius vermicularis infection in the ovary, underscoring the necessity for clinicians to consider diverse etiologies and pathologies in their diagnostic and treatment approaches.
