The present study was conducted to determine the maternal and neonatal outcome of pregnancy among women with one previous cesarean section in relation to vaginal delivery, repeat cesarean section, maternal complications and neonatal complications. Aims and Objectives : To determine the maternal and neonatal outcome of pregnancy with previous one cesarean section. To estimate the rate of repeat cesarean section and vaginal deliveries in our population.
