The case report of a patient with dextrocardia and diagnosis of cholecystolithiasis (by ultrasound) who presented with agenesis of the gallbladder is presented. The patient was scheduled for laparoscopic cholecystectomy, however, during the surgical procedure, the absence of a gallbladder was evident.
