A total of 100 participants were recruited, comprising both diabetic and non-diabetic individuals. Measurements of HC, WC, and WHR were taken, and participants underwent HbA1C. The results revealed significant differences in these measurements between diabetic and non-diabetic groups. Our findings suggest that WHR, in particular, is a robust marker for predicting T2DM risk in this demographic, underscoring the importance of anthropometric screening in diabetes prevention strategies.Study Of Hip, Waist Circumference, And Hip-Waist Ratio As Markers Of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus In A North Indian PopulationJournal ArticleIndiaM.B.B.S, M.D., M.R.C.P.[UK] Consultant Physician [Department of Medicine ] Ujala Cygnus Hospital Uttarakhand India
