Four years prior to referred he had developed hemoptysis and rhinitis. Evaluation of the patient led to the diagnosis of allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis with coexistent aspergilloma, a rather uncommon association. Both his pulmonary and nasal symptoms showed a remarkable response to treatment with oral prednisolone.
