dc.description.abstractToxic epidermal necrolysis due to trimethoprim sulphamethoxazole therapy in a subject of HIV with suspected pneumocystis carinii pneumonia, is reported, because of its rarity in Indian conditions. Patient showed excellent recovery on corticosteroid therapy.en_US
